The Art Storefronts Organization has verified that this business has provided a returns & exchanges policy for all art purchases.
Description of Policy from Merchant:
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your print(s), I will accept a return for exchange, reprint, or for a full refund, minus a $20 restock fee, provided the problem is communicated within five (5) days of the delivery date. Email me with a description of the problem and a picture and I will contact you to resolve the issue. All sales are considered final six (6) days after the delivery date. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me with your order number for further instructions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If the order is cancelled prior to production, I will provide a full refund in store credit, or a full cash refund minus a $20 service fee. Once the order has been printed I cannot provide a refund, but I will provide the full amount in store credit if the cancellation request is made prior to shipping, and I am able to arrange for the prints to be redirected to my address. Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel your order.
